I want to thank Roman Combs (Owner), Dan Schrock (Master Certified Lead Tech), and Curtis Davis (Service Advisor) for such a wonderful experience at Mr.Transmisision. I was on a 3000 mile road trip, passing through OKC, when my car began to overheat. It was the night before Xmas eve. They were open on Xmas eve to diagnose and fix my problem in a few ours. Never have I experienced such quality service and hospitality from a mechanic shop before. I can't praise them enough on thier abilities to solve my car troubles, and allow my road trip to continue. If it wasn't for Dan Schrock's expertise, we would had to cancel my trip, leave my car in OKC, and fly to my destination (New York), or fly back home (Southern California).I'm so thankful for their care, I've decided to send the garage a gift basket.

Honest, Dependable, and Fair.First discovered Mr. Transmission / Milex via a mail out to my home a few years back.Have had my vehicles to their shop with very good results.They are Honest for sure. On an old car got a quote from them for a repair which they informed that it was time to retire the old worn out vehicle. I agreed with their assessment and replaced that vehicle.When they tell me that the vehicle will be ready it is not only ready but a dependable job on the repair work.On one of my previous visits, Had a battery issue that they were only going to charge me for 18 minutes of labor... The truck has had no more battery issues since then. Now that is a very honest repair shop.This is a business very worth looking into when you need a vehicle repair done.

A few years back took my car to the dealership to get a headlight replaced. Cost was $200.00+. Same lamp went out again. Mr. Transmission was recommended an employee at a parts store, found the shop, work done at a price of just a little over $20.00! This honest to God fact! Mr. Roman Combs owns an HONEST shop that does quality work at very reasonable rates! You know finding a good mechanic is like trying to find a good doctor! Extremely hard even on a good day! I will not take my car to anyone else! Mr. Combs is Good People! You can trust him!

Professional, friendly, reasonable, and they go the extra mile. Repaired an oil leak that left a redneck trail of shame in my driveway. They gave me a ride home and did a follow-up examination after a week to make sure all was right. Bonus points for having a shop cat.

Roman and his team expertly replaced the transmission in my car. They secured a very good used transmission, with a 12-month warranty and it's running great. I've now driven with it for 2 months and there are no problems. I am so happy with the results! Roman and his team are super great and professional to work with!

Roman is an extraordinary shop owner and human being. My vehicle was at a different shop and I was being told that due to circumstances, that I would not have my vehicle for 2 months and they kept shifting the blame. I called Roman as a consultant, and he was very thorough, asking clarifying questions and helping me to understand what was happening with my vehicle and the next steps to take to get the issues resolved, and my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Though my repairs were not done at this location, Roman took time out of his day to help me and ensure that I was not taken advantage of. Roman has shown honesty and integrity and helped educate me on my vehicle. Wonderful owner and person!
