I got lucky finding these guys (it was actually easy with all the awesome reviews they get). I had come to them with transmission issues, but now they are absolutely the only garage that will take my vehicles to. They always, always get the job done quickly, no matter how big the job. Only once did I have to wait for more than a day, and it was totally planned that way. They always call me and keep me updated. They never have any surprise charges. They take excellent care of your car while it is there. And there is never a hard sell to do any work. They are for real, the most honest mechanic I have ever used (I even let them work on my '68 Mustang!!). The last thing I'll share is that they use torque wrenches and everything is tightened to the cars specs. Too many places use impact wrenches on everything, which is bad for parts, and bad for the owner who might want to change their own oil or work on a part themselves. I've been through many, many mechanics, some really good, some really bad, but Mr. Milex is by far the best I've ever used. And this is not a paid endorsement LOL, they are really that good. So very pleased with the service. They worked with my husband and got my truck back on the road! Plus called them because we weren't sure what was wrong and they helped us figure out what we did wrong. ALSO, the guys that work there are hilarious and super sweet.

Took my Suburban in to have the trans looked at after purchasing a rebuilt trans from a fraudulent individual. They inspected it and though I wasnt given good news, I was still happy to confirm that my trans was bad. They were sympathetic of my situation. I give a big thumbs up for these guys. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend these guys.

Everyone I've had contact with is knowledgeable and nice! We have been bringing our vehicles for service for several years and will continue to do so. It's a dirty job but I never have grease to wipe out off of my door handles or steering wheel. Highly recommended Mr. Transmission

My parents have used Mr Transmission for over 20 year. The owner and mechanics know my parents by name. With this passed week's subzero tempatures, my car would not start Even after getting a new car batter. I had AAA tow my car to Mr. Transmission. The diagnosis was that I need change my key fob batteries also and take them out of the case I was carrying them in. They did not charge me since they did not actually do any work on it. They even used their complimentary car service to come get me at work and take me to pick up my car. Mr. Transmission's mechanics look over your car top to bottom and under the hood. They are knowledgeable, and they only fix what is required. Their prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal.
