I want to thank Roman Combs (Owner), Dan Schrock (Master Certified Lead Tech), and Curtis Davis (Service Advisor) for such a wonderful experience at Mr.Transmisision. I was on a 3000 mile road trip, passing through OKC, when my car began to overheat. It was the night before Xmas eve. They were open on Xmas eve to diagnose and fix my problem in a few ours. Never have I experienced such quality service and hospitality from a mechanic shop before. I can't praise them enough on thier abilities to solve my car troubles, and allow my road trip to continue. If it wasn't for Dan Schrock's expertise, we would had to cancel my trip, leave my car in OKC, and fly to my destination (New York), or fly back home (Southern California).I'm so thankful for their care, I've decided to send the garage a gift basket.

Great service and great rates but the best part was they didn't blow smoke they told me what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it with out all of the dancing and bs it's nice to do buisness with people that have the knowledge to not only fix your vehicle but explain it you you direct and my truck was on the lift in no time I also found out that they do more than just transmissions they do it all it like a one stop shop for all of your car care needs

This is a shop that really impressed me. I went to them thinking i had a transmission that needed rebuilt. I had been told by two other places my transmissio nwas bad but the guys were honest and told me i only needed spark plugs and explained that misfires can cause transmission like symptoms. They did plugs for me and my truck has run great for almost 4 months now. Thanks for being honest with me and not selling me stuff i didn't need

got a great repair at a fair price. they were honest and upfront about what was wrong with my car and what it would take to fix it. The repair was done in one day and I am really pleased with it, my car is riding smoother and quieter than it has in months!

I used to take my vehicles there to be serviced. They were great at first, but service steadily declined. The two main issues I've listed below... About a year ago I took a 2001 Chevy Corolla in to be looked at. I was told over the phone that it needed a new engine, and that it would cost me around $3,500. It sucked, but it was still cheaper than getting a new car. When I showed up, I was told that the cost was actually closer to $4,600, because the price they gave me over the phone didn't include labor. I was upset, so I packed up and drove the car away. I ended up taking it to another mechanic who told me I just needed a valve job after LISTENING to my car for a couple of minutes. He had me in and out for less than $1,000, and my car's been running like a champ since. So why am I just now getting around to posting this review? I had my car in with my new mechanic last week taking care of some standard issues. While it was in, I asked them to take a look at the blower motor on my A/C. You see, the guys at Doug's/Milex had replaced it for me at one point in time, but it never seemed to work as well (the air didn't come out as forcefully as it did before the blower motor went out). I assumed (like an idiot) that maybe the replacement part just wasn't as strong. My new mechanic took a look at it and told me that whoever had replaced the blower had INSTALLED IT BACKWARDS! Thirty minutes later they had it working like winter in my car. I do not recommend Doug's/Milex.
