This is the best auto repair shop. I have been going there for several years now. They are always polite, professional, and go out of their way to ensure that I understand what the issue is with my vehicle. Recently, i was planning to leave for vacation on Saturday. My car started making a strange noise. I was in the area so I just dropped by. The took a look the vehicle, diagnosed the problem and order the part. I left the shop at about 5:30 pm. They came in early on Saturday morning and my car was ready at 10 am. They went above and beyond to accomodate me. I very highly recommend them. :) Joe B.

They are an honest body shop and the owner Roman is awesome! They’ve had plenty of opportunity to overcharge me, but they don’t. That is why they are always busy.

Roman, Ricky, and the lovely lady who worked at the front desk were godsends. I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment with them multiple times yesterday as the used car that I was supposed to send in for an inspection was brought up by another person. They were very kind and flexible in helping me check out two different used cars within an hour just before they closed up for the day. Not only were they able to identify the problems with those two cars within tens of minutes, but they also offered very valuable advice on not purchasing those cars as well as which dealerships to avoid going to. And what I was most grateful for was that they didn't even charge me for the two inspections, even though I had been very inconvenient to them. They have done me good, and it is only fair that I return the favor as well. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy mechanic with excellent customer service.
